Admission requirements

  1. Graduates from the Departments of Η.E.I. of the country or of the recognized institutions abroad (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Networks Engineering).
  2. A Master’s Degree is not awarded to a student whose first cycle degree from a foreign institution has not been recognized by the Interdisciplinary Organization for the Recognition of Academic Titles and Information (DOATAP). According to article 304 of Law 4957/2022, the application, together with the required supporting documents, is submitted to the Secretariat of the Ministry of Health, which undertakes to examine the applications in accordance with the criteria of Law 4957/2022, without them being accompanied by a certificate of recognition D.O.A.T.A.P. Since the degree from a foreign University is included in the list of D.O.A.T.A.P., the  MSc  Secretariat must request a Certificate of Place of Study, which is issued and sent by the foreign university. Applications in which the Greek territory is confirmed as the place of studies are excluded, unless the part of studies that took place in the Greek territory is in a public Η.Ε.Ι. in accordance with Law 3328/2005 (A΄ 80).
  3. Final year students can also apply, provided that they have received their degree or have completed their studies before the start of classes, even if they still have the oath of office. For applicants in this case, the evaluation of their application will be done taking into account the current average of the analytical score that they will submit. The candidate evaluated with this procedure does not have the right to request a re-evaluation of his application after submitting the final analytical score, as long as this is done after the completion of the first phase of the candidate evaluation process.

The proficiency of the foreign language can also be demonstrated by exams set by the SE.
  5.
